Ultex is short for ultimate experience. The name reflects what the business was built around: communication, aligning expectations, and professionalism. Three things that sound simple, and that most claims still get wrong.

Insurance claims are stressful by default. The policy language is dense, the timelines are unforgiving, the documentation requirements are heavy, and the people on the other end of the phone change constantly.

Ultex exists to take that complexity off the policyholder, the contractor, or the carrier — and turn it into a clear, predictable process. We do the work the resolution depends on: the inspection, the estimate, the documentation, the negotiation, and the follow-through. Then we communicate where things stand without being chased for an update.
